A turnkey architectural project is an exclusive service we provide at Davlum Consults where the client delegates all aspects of the architectural design and construction process to us (the turnkey provider), we then manage every stage of the project, delivering a finished building-ready for occupancy.

This process begins with an initial consultation with the client, during this phase, the client discusses their requirements, objectives, budget, and timeline for the project. Davlum Consults assesses the feasibility of the project, conducts site evaluations, and collaborates with the client to develop a comprehensive project plan.

Once construction is complete, we will conduct testing and commissioning to ensure that all systems and components of the building are functioning properly. This may include testing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and furniture and conducting final inspections to comply with quality standards. After successful testing and commissioning, we hand over the completed building keys to the client, along with all relevant documentation and warranties.
